Q.1) How much tonnage is required for 100-120 sq feet ?A.1) Normally the suggested tonnage for above is 1.0 ton . if terrace is there above the room to be airconditioned than go for 1.2 ton
or 1.5 ton capacity.
Q.2) How much is the installation period for split and window airconditioners?
A.2) The normal period for installating any airconditioner from ourside is within 2 working days.
Q.3) What happens if the airconditioner is found faulty or had manufacturing defect ?
A.3) The Company give full replacement gaurantee within 7 days from the date of Purchase.
But the Product should have to be returned with all packing materials.
if Packing material is not there, company will not refund /replace the equipment.
Q.4) How much is the warranty on compressor ?
A.4) The warranty on compressor is given by the manufacturer. Rightnow it is 5 years for residential airconditioners( split & window).
Q.5) How many free service are provided by the company.?
A.5) The company give 3 free inwarranty services. The period of taking the inwarranty service is 1 year from the
date of purchase.
Its is the responsibility of Customer to remind for Free service.
Company will send reminder sms or call for free service routine to customer.
Q.6) In How much time ,the service will be done after getting appointment from service centre?
A.6) After getting appointment , normal time for service will be within 48 working hours.
Q.7) cancellation of order?A.7) customer can Cancelthe order before the dispached of product from our godown.
Once Bill is raised and given to logistic department,order cannot be cancelled.
Q.8) What is Airconditioning ?A.8) The airconditioning of any given space(room) is define as maintaining the desired Air temperature,Air quality
and Air Humidity.
Airconditioner cools and dehumidify Air in summer.(cooling units only)
Airconditioner also Heat and humidify Air in winter( heating & cooling units).
Thus it purpose is to conditioned the Air temperature,Air quality and Air humidity in any desired room.
Q.9) Is the installation and maintainance bill issued by site engineer inclusive of service tax & Vat?
A.9)Yes.The bill raised by our site engineer on site is the Estimate Bill copy but the Tax amount is not mention in
it as it is difficult to calculate on site.but yes we prepare final bill mentioning all kind of taxes in it.
Any customer who require detailed bill copy can call us.Also company couriers the same bill after one month on
the Billing address or can even mailed to customer.

Q.10) How to select the Airconditioner ?
A.10) If you are looking to Buy a New Airconditioner,than Here is the proper technical guidelines
considering Electrical consumptions.
1. Inverter Technology should be given First choice and priority.
(Best suited for Bedroom Application)
2. 5 star Rated Airconditioner comes in second choice.
(Best suited for Dusty and industrial Area).
3. 3 star Rated Airconditioner come in third choice.
( however it is the fast moving product in industry because of buying capacity of Customer)
We don't prefer and advice any customer to buy Airconditioner below 3 star Rating.
Q.11) What is VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow system)?
A.11) VRF System is the latest Inverter Based technology available in the Market.
It is the Multi Indoor system connected to One Outdoor unit.
The tonnage capacity available is from (6 HP to 54 HP)
(Best suited for Corporate Office having No of Cabins,Residential Appartment ).
